Thank you for visiting our store online. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. You will find more information below on our return policy.

RETURNS

Because the majority of our products are used, we are unable to accept returns on items. However, we do stand by our products and you should feel comfortable placing an order with us. In the event you receive a defective product or are dissatisfied with the condition of the product, we will work with you to make it right.

RETURN PROCESS

In the event you are not happy with your purchase, please email us a description of the issue along with photographs if necessary to ricky@rixracing.com. We will be in contact with you about the options available to make it right.

REFUNDS

Each case will be handled on an individual basis. Simply email us and we will do our best to make it right. Please understand we do not typically provide refunds. We are able to replace parts as needed. There are no refunds available for E-Tunes.

EXCEPTIONS    

  •     No exceptions.
